Frequently Asked Questions
Bookings
No booking? No problem. We happily accept walk-ins, but we always advise booking ahead if you want to tee-off at a particular time, especially during peak times!
Please note we will not be taking online bookings for the Level 1 Mini Golf Shootout.
Our 9 hole mini golf prices start from £4.25 per person as well as concessions for children under 16 years of age and students.
Ticket pricing may vary depending on the course, type of event and the location. You can find the prices for each event we hold on our bookings page.
We sure do. We know students are usually strapped for cash, so we have a special price for them.
That’s not all. We also have a family ticket that covers two adults and two children or students.
If there is a big group of you playing (10+) we can arrange a special group package. Please send an email to hello@globetrottersgolf.com to get started.
Simply head to our bookings page, select the date you want, fill in some details and BOOM! You’re heading to Globetrotters.
We understand crazy golf isn’t everyone’s thing! We won’t charge you extra for accompanying your group around the course, although you may get roped into buying the drinks!
Definitely. We always reserve a certain number of tickets for walk-ins, so if you can’t book for the time you want to go just head to the venue and we’ll fit you in!
Locations
We have an AWESOME mobile mini golf set up that we can take to any public or private event in the South East. Basically, if it’s a popular event in Sussex, Surrey or Kent – count us in!

Courses
As our name suggests, our course is based on global travel! Our Globetrotters have travelled far and wide to visit the seven wonders of the World and have brought back artifacts from their journey! This will be incorporated into our portable course during 2022, featuring intriguing ancient buildings such as the Egyptian pyramids with a taste of more modern landmarks like London’s Big Ben.
There are 9-holes of crazy golf fun. Most of the holes are approximately 5.4 metres long and 2.5 metres wide.
The course takes around 20-40 minutes to complete – depending on your skill level and the size of your group.
Food & Drink
At the moment, we are providing the crazy golf only as we partner with some of the best food and drink operators in the area. Food and drink menus will vary depending on the event so be sure to check out the our locations page for full info!
Crazy Golf Hire for Events, Weddings & Festivals
Please see below for the maximum distance we are able to travel from our base in Uckfield, East Sussex.
- Weddings: 60 miles
- Corporate: 60 miles
- Festivals: 100 miles
In special circumstances we can travel further afield if this is the case please go to our make an enquiry page.
All bookings for one day events including weddings and village fetes provide 6 hours of playing time. The start and finish times can be flexible depending on your schedule. This doesn’t include the setup and dismantling of the course, which we allow another 2 hours at each end.
Absolutely! All of our packages are able to include the hire of our vintage Volkswagen coffee & cocktails van. The van is fully equipped with trained staff ready to serve up your favourite drink. Food services can also be supplied on request.
Although rare, injuries can sometimes occur when playing crazy golf. We have Public Liability insurance that provides cover for up to £5 million just in case anything goes wrong.
Refunds & Complaints
We get it, sometimes your plans may change. Don’t sweat it, we can refund your booking if given at least 48 hours prior notice. Just email our Customer Service team who will be able to help!
12 hours or less notice given? In this case, we would be happy to amend bookings to a different day and time of your choosing. We can only move your booking once.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for no-shows or when less than 48 hours notice has been given.
